What you receive
Your quote includes a parts list, labor for assembly and testing, and notes about noise, thermals, and upgrade room where relevant. We also highlight practical decisions such as how much memory you need for multitasking, when a higher-end GPU helps, and why storage layout matters for backups and performance.

Build types we commonly quote
We can build a wide range of desktops, but quotes are easiest when we anchor the configuration to a goal. The options below summarize common requests and the trade-offs we discuss: CPU choice for productivity versus gaming, GPU tier for creative workloads, storage layout for project files, and airflow planning for quiet operation. If you are unsure, choose the closest option and describe your applications in the form.
Productivity desktops
Fast boot, quiet fans, and reliable connectivity for video calls and multi-monitor work. We prioritize stable platforms, sensible memory, and SSD capacity so the system feels responsive over time.
Creator workstations
Tuned for photo, video, and design tools. We discuss memory headroom, scratch disk planning, and whether your software benefits more from CPU cores or a stronger GPU.
Engineering and data
Built for heavier multitasking and longer runs. We plan cooling, power delivery, and storage reliability, and we can include recommendations for backups and external storage.
Gaming PCs
Designed around your resolution and refresh rate. We focus on sensible GPU tiers, a stable CPU platform, and a clean upgrade path so you can improve performance later without rebuilding.
Our build and test checklist
We treat builds like a small project. Before assembly, we verify part compatibility and airflow planning. During assembly, we focus on clean cable routing, correct power connections, and secure mounting. After assembly, we confirm the system posts, apply BIOS updates when appropriate, set stable defaults, and install drivers. We then run practical stability checks. This reduces surprises and makes support easier because the configuration is documented.
If you request an operating system installation, we can complete initial setup, apply updates, and create a basic handover checklist for your account setup and software installation. We do not request passwords. For data migration from an older machine, contact support first so we can confirm what is involved and how data will be handled.
Platform validation
CPU and motherboard support, memory compatibility, case clearance, and PSU sizing are checked so the build is stable from day one.
Thermals and noise
We plan airflow and fan curves with a practical goal: keep temps reasonable without turning the PC into a loud appliance.
Storage layout
We recommend a layout that fits your workflow, such as separate drives for OS, projects, and backups, depending on your needs.
Documentation
We record key components and configuration notes to support troubleshooting and future upgrades without guesswork.

Provide the information you already know and skip what you do not. The goal is to understand your use case so we can suggest parts that fit. We ask for contact details so we can reply, and we ask about workload, budget range, and preferences that affect component selection. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
